Kids Ranch Preschool is a licensed family child care home in Folsom, California, California license #343628082, operated by Kids Ranch Learning LLC. In this policy, "we" means Kids Ranch Learning LLC, which is responsible for the information you send through this website. This policy explains what information we collect through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep this short on purpose, because our website does very little with your data.
What we collect
The only information this website collects is what you type into our tour request form and choose to send us:
We do not ask for, and you should not send, your child's full name, date of birth, medical details, or any other sensitive information through this form. We will collect what we need for enrollment separately, after you visit.
Why we collect it
To reply to you, arrange a tour, and answer questions about enrollment. That is the only reason. We do not send marketing emails, we do not add you to a mailing list, and we do not use your information for anything you did not ask for.
Who we share it with
We never sell your information, and we never share it for advertising. The only third parties who handle it are the service providers that make the website and our email work:

Cookies and tracking
We do not use analytics, and we run no advertising or social media tracking pixels. Nobody is building a picture of you out of your visit here, and no third party follows you from this site to other websites.
There is one exception, on the tour request page only. That form is protected by hCaptcha, which confirms a real person is filling it in rather than a bot. To do that, hCaptcha reads signals from your browser and may store something on your device. It is there to keep spam from reaching us, not to track you. What it collects is covered by hCaptcha's privacy policy.
Apart from that, this website sets no cookies of its own. If any of this changes, we will update this policy and note it on this page before the change takes effect.
Do Not Track signals
Because we do not track visitors across websites, there is nothing for a Do Not Track signal to switch off. We honor these signals by not tracking anyone in the first place.
Children's information
This website is written for parents and carers, not for children, and we do not knowingly collect information directly from children. The only detail about your child that the form asks for is their age, which helps us tell you whether we have a suitable opening.
How long we keep it
If you tour with us and enroll, your enquiry becomes part of your family's record. If you do not enroll, we keep your enquiry for up to 12 months in case an opening comes up or you get back in touch, then delete it. You can ask us to delete it sooner at any time.
Reviewing, changing, or deleting your information
Email or call us and ask. We will tell you what we hold, correct anything that is wrong, or delete it, normally within a few days. There is no charge and you do not need to give a reason.
Changes to this policy
If we make a material change to how we handle your information, we will post the updated policy on this page with a new effective date, and leave a short note at the top of the page describing what changed. Significant changes will stay flagged for at least 30 days.
